Where we deliver
We currently deliver to addresses in the United Kingdom only.
Delivery costs
- Standard Delivery: £3.99
- Free Standard Delivery on orders of £30 or more
The delivery cost is always shown at checkout before you pay.
Delivery times
Orders usually arrive in 10 to 14 working days. Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding UK bank holidays. Delivery can take longer during busy periods such as Black Friday and Christmas.
Your order may arrive in more than one parcel.
Tracking
Once your order has shipped, we will email you a tracking link. Tracking can take a few days to update after dispatch. You can also use the Track your order page on our website.
Late or missing parcels
If your order has not arrived within 25 working days, email support@migally.com with your order number and we will look into it. If a parcel is lost in transit, we will send a replacement or give you a full refund.
Wrong address
Please check your address carefully at checkout. If you notice a mistake, email us as soon as possible and we will try to correct it before your order ships.
