How long does delivery take?
UK orders usually arrive within 7–15 working days after dispatch. You will get a tracking link by email.

How do I track my order?
Use the Track your order link in the menu, or the tracking link in your dispatch email. Tracking can take a few days to update after your order ships.
Can I return an item?
Yes. You can cancel within 14 days of receiving your order. Email support@migally.com and we will send return instructions. See our Refund Policy for details.
Do you offer exchanges?
We do not offer direct exchanges. Return the item for a refund and place a new order for the size or colour you want.
What if my item is faulty or wrong?
Email support@migally.com with your order number and photos and we will put it right.
Which payment methods do you accept?
Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, UnionPay, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Klarna. Payments are processed securely.
